The Scope of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves the supply of goods, materials and services meeting the description and requirements noted below. Unless otherwise expressly stated by the supplier, quoted prices are deemed to include the costs of Annual Inspection, Repair, and Emergency Services for the Commercial Refrigerated Equipment at Living Sky Casino (hereinafter referred to as “LSC”) in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The Bidder shall furnish all labor and materials including hardware, tools, and equipment, and shall include in its Bid Price all applicable taxes for such work, services and materials plus overhead and profit necessary for the total completion and acceptance of Work.

SIGA would like to obtain a qualified and certified Journeyman HVAC Services Provider for a period of Two (2) years fixed pricing with Three (3) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of Five (5) years in the form of a Services Agreement.
