This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Business Establishment Services and Investment Consultation for immigrant entrepreneurs nominated through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), as further described in the NRFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT), Entrepreneur Immigration Unit, Immigration Services Division, (the ministry), is in need of Suppliers for the development and services for immigrant entrepreneurs, to include investment consultation mentoring and path finding services that will assist nominated entrepreneurs in the establishment of their new business.
