CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 24 from 11.28 km north of its junction with Highway No. 3 to 32.23 km north of its junction with Highway No. 3, and  on the Leoville Access Road from its junction with Highway No. 24 to 0.59 km north; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 21.54 km.
