The Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) intends to contract with Prosci Canada to ensure continuity of change management training and application of the ADKAR model for change.

The Prosci change management training will provide a role-based approach specific to people leaders and change sponsors, with ADKAR as the anchor for the learnings. WCB has used the Prosci method, and this program is a continuation of the knowledge platform previously established at WCB. Prosci Canada can provide the required ADKAR based change management training required that meets WCB’s requirements for this procurement.
