This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of Tenant Improvements at the Saskatoon Complex Needs Facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).

The work consists of the supply and installation of all labour, materials, and equipment required to complete tenant improvements at the Saskatoon Complex Needs Facility and meet the most recent National Building Code of Canada (NBCC) as per drawings and specifications prepared by Rempel Engineering & Management Ltd.
