The GOS requires tire retreading services on an if and as needed basis for the Ministry of Highways (MoH), at various locations throughout the province of Saskatchewan. The MoH operates and has an equipment fleet of approximately 420, two (2) and three (3) axle vocational trucks, 240 equipment trailers and gravel pups, 110 motor graders, 145 loaders, 100 tractors and various types of other equipment.
