Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of fifty (50) small kitchen appliances for promotional prize giveaways at the Gold Horse Casino. The required specifications are listed below.

Special Instruction to Bidders:

Substitute appliances are allowed, with equivalent quality and features for the appliances noted above. Specification sheet (brand name, model, description, picture, color, etc.) is required for substitutions with your bid submission. Substitutions may be acceptable subject to SIGA’s approval.
All appliances must be new.
Colours indicated are preferred; other colours offered, must be approved by SIGA. Provide available (in-stock) colour options for each.
All items quoted by bidder should be readily available for delivery i.e. in stock
Bidders may bid on any or all of the above items.
No logos or customization required for this quotation.
All prices are to be quoted in Canadian dollars CAD$.
Pricing quotes must include all enviro/handling and associated fees. Delivery and applicable taxes to be completed in the space provided in the above the table.
Standard warranty to be included, and documents provided, unless otherwise specified. Provide quote for any details on any extended warranty options as an attachment.
The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information, as applicable.
