Scope of Work:  

The scope of the work for the project includes, but is not limited to: mechanical and electrical upgrades to the machine rooms at the SaskEnergy Place facility.  The building is a ten-storey tower in downtown Regina.  The mechanical scope incudes new exhaust fans, exhaust redundancy with an additional exhaust louver, added AC fan coil, and new four pipe fan coil.  The elevator modernization scope (not included in this project) includes 3 passenger elevators and one freight elevator.  The three passenger elevators are served by one machine room and the freight elevator is served by a separate machine room.

The scope of this work covers both machine rooms. Part of the scope of this project is to provide a knock-out panel in the machine room to allow for the installation of the new traction machine motors for the elevator project.  Lastly there is electrical scope included in the project to provide new LED lighting within the machine room.  The electrical scope will also include any work required to modify the electrical distribution for the new elevator motors.
