This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Social Services, to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions to operate a group home and day program in the North Service Area (Spiritwood). The Successful Supplier will provide residential services that will assist four individuals in a four-space group home and seven individuals in a day program, including residents of the group home as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The GOS will consider proposals from both non-profit Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and for-profit agencies, eligible to be registered with Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan.
