The City of Saskatoon is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Management Solution to support the City’s compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation. This contract will define the scope, responsibilities, and deliverables related to the implementation and ongoing support of the system.

The selected solution must facilitate the compliant acquisition, organization, access, and maintenance of SDS documentation in accordance with The Saskatchewan Employment Act, The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2020, and the federal Hazardous Products Regulations. The system must be secure, user-friendly, and accessible both online and offline across desktop and mobile devices.
