2020 Various School Improvements #3
Electronic bids will be received by the undersigned until 2:00pm Central Standard Time, April 28, 2020. Bids will be opened privately thereafter.
Work includes but may not be limited to the removal and replacement of corridor & classroom flooring, painting, washroom upgrades, and installation of minor works in various areas throughout six schools. Six schools will be individually awarded and separately.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
