Emails containing Bids with the Subject Line “Rural 44 Waterline Project (Phase 1) – Town of Eston WTP Upgrades” shall be received by AECOM Canada Ltd. by email to Saskatoon.Reception@aecom.com before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on February 23, 2021.

Only electronic Bid submissions will be accepted.

The R44 Waterline Project consists of four Contracts:

• Contract A – Town of Eston Water Treatment Plant Upgrades (AECOM)
• Contract B – E-K Raw Water Pipeline Twinning (AECOM)
• Rural Water Pipeline Project – Phase 1 (SAL Engineering Ltd.)
• Rural 44 Pumphouse (SAL Engineering Ltd.)

The Work for this Contract generally comprises of:

• Upgrades and expansion of the existing water treatment plant facility
• Treatment process upgrades including new membrane filtration unit and ancillary systems
• Building mechanical, electrical, and standby generator
• Underground piping within the contract limits
• Site works and restoration

Copies of electronic Bid Documents in pdf format can be obtained from AECOM Canada Ltd. on or after January 26, 2021. Bid Documents will also be made available at the Regina and Saskatoon Construction Associations.

Bids should be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to Rural 44 Water Pipeline Utility. Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.
