The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is looking for objective third party consultants (Fairness Advisors) to monitor certain Authority procurement processes to ensure that they are conducted in a fair manner and to provide written attestation and/or report on any findings throughout the process.  The SHA plans to maintain a list of pre-qualified Fairness Advisors who will be engaged as required.

The Proponent’s proposal must be mailed or delivered to, and received by, Saskatchewan Health Authority at the address set forth below in a sealed package labelled “RQRHA20181217– Response to RFP for Fairness Advisor” by 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
