This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by KGS Group as Owner’s Engineer on behalf of the Water Security Agency (“WSA”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for WSA-2021OE-0110 - Gate Supply for Water Control Structures, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The scope of work is supply, delivery and on site commissioning support for vertical slide gates and appurtenances at Brightwater Creek Dam, Broderick North and West Dam and West Val Marie Dam

WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan).  WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province’s water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels.
