Sealed bids marked "Well Control Building Stage 2" project will be received through the online bidding system, up to 2:00 p.m. local time on July 5, 2022. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. 

The Work involves but is not limited to the following: 
• Supply, installation and commissioning of process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical instrumentation and controls equipment in a new well control building. The well control building concrete slab, in-slab piping and building and are being constructed by the Town of Gull Lake  
• Supply, installation and commissioning of process mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls equipment for Well 3 which was drilled 2021 approximately 140 m from the well control building.   
• Construction of a raw water pipeline from Well 3 to the well control building and from the well control building to the exiting raw water pipeline to Town.   

The site grading, roadways and fencing will be completed by the Town after completion of this contract.

A virtual bidders’ briefing is scheduled for Virtually on June 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.  A Teams Meeting will be set up with all interested parties that have accessed contract documents. It is in the best interest of the bidder to attend this briefing. 

Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Gull Lake . 

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
