This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Financial Disbursement Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
The following outcomes are anticipated:
1. Increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
2. Reduced wait times for client financial reimbursement;
3. Increase client satisfaction; and
4. Increase collaboration and attendance.
ENV, Woodland Caribou Program conducts frequent engagement with key stakeholders. The ministry is seeking a Proponent who can effectively and efficiently reimburse participants at engagements for their travel costs and any applicable honourariums. This work requires Proponents to maintain detailed accounting records including participation records, receipts for travel costs incurred from participants, reimbursement forms and contact information. The proponent will transfer the reimbursement to participants in a timely manner using either cheque or e-transfer; the method of payment will be based on preference of the participant.
