Suppliers will be required to provide the training, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to deliver Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT) on an as-needed basis for City employees operating Class 1A vehicles.

All qualified suppliers will be required to enter into a Master Framework Agreement with the City of Saskatoon. The Agreement will be valid for a period of three (3) years.
