Prairie Spirit School Division (PSSD), as represented by the Facilities Department, requires Architectural Consulting Services for a variety of undefined projects on an “as and when requested” basis. The service term will be from March 1, 2023 to March 1, 2025 with the possibility of a 12 month extension.
PSSD intends to establish a pool of up to three (3) Architectural Consultants to perform architectural consulting services for projects with a construction value up to $2.5 million including roofing, relocatable moves or builds and renovation projects.
Work will include basic architectural services as defined in the RAIC #6 Standard Agreement and may include site investigations, conceptual and detailed design, cost estimation, working drawings and specifications and contract administration for various projects.
Projects with a construction value over $2.5 million will go to tender.
Prairie Spirit School Division consists of 46 schools located in 28 communities surrounding the city of Saskatoon, including three First Nations and nine Hutterian communities. The main office is located in Warman and the school division stretches from Leask in the North, Hanley in the South, Colonsay in the East and Borden in the West.
