Ball Diamond Shelter Building

The Town of Kipling invites tenders for the construction of a shelter at the Ball Diamonds.

The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of WCB Clearance and 5 million liability coverage.

Quotes should include:

Base under shelter to be crusher dust & sloped for drainage
Electrical work to include re-location of the electric panel and pole on site, and approximately 6-8 120v electrical outlets.

Changes to Original Design:

The metal wrap on posts as shown in the drawings is to be omitted. 

6" X 6" wood knee braces to be revised to green treated lumber to match the posts.

The truss core in the cooler room will be omitted and replaced with painted good plywood.
