This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Architectural and Multidisciplinary Design Services for Fire Station #8 as further described in the RFP.

The role of the successful proponent will be undertaken by a qualified Architect and multidisciplinary team licensed in Saskatchewan. Under the direction of the City’s project lead the successful proponent shall include a team of architectural, engineering and specialty consulting professionals qualified and experienced in the planning, design, and construction contract administration of fire stations.

Consistent with the City’s Energy and Sustainability Framework, the goal for the new Fire Station is to be net zero.

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams on Friday, April 5, 2024, 10:30 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents.
