The Town of Nipawin is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide services to create an Official Community Plan (OCP), specifically for background research, community engagement, OCP creation, presentation and input at key points to/from administration, Council and the public, and final amendments, if needed, once reviewed by Community Planning (the "Services"). For futher details please see attached RFP document.
