The City is committed to commissioning this facility to ensure that all systems function as designed upon occupancy, and that the City’s maintenance staff has adequate system access, control, monitoring capabilities, documentation, and training to properly monitor, manage, and maintain the facility.

The overall role of the Commissioning Consultant will be to verify and document that building systems are designed, installed, functionally tested, free of deficiencies, and capable of being operated and maintained to perform as intended by the design and requirements of the users and spaces as outlined in the Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical specifications and drawings.
