The work consists of numerous code upgrades (Architectural), sprinkler, and fire alarm installation as per drawings and specifications by Mechanical Design Group (MDG) dated April 26, 2024. Note* limited daytime access prior to September 16, waterline, garage area and mechanical room. Building access proper after hours and weekend after September 16 till complete, the building needs to remain functional throughout construction and all area occupied except 4th floor.

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 2:00 pm. Saskatchewan Time, May 29, 2024. and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.ca.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
