Grassick Park Field Restoration -- COR6862

Submissions marked "COR6862 – Grassick Park Cricket Field Restoration" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFQ), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on May 29, 2024..

The City seeks proposals from qualified firms to undertake work for relocating a part of the existing asphalt pathway that runs right through the cricket field, and supply labour, equipment, and materials to install the relocated pathway, install a parking lot for visitors, provide bleacher pads for spectators, re-grade the site, establish turf, plant trees, among other things.

The need for the procurement arose as parking requirements were not considered when originally starting to use the Grassick athletic field for the sport of cricket.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
