SGI is conducting this Request for Proposal for After Hours and Related Claims Services. SGI requires service providers to be available for after-hours claims calls and customer assistance. This service includes promptly responding to incoming calls, verifying policy coverage, and providing customers with guidance to proceed with their claims. Following this, on the subsequent business day, a determination will be made regarding whether to retain the claim file internally or outsource it.
